Four clear steps from donation to verification

Step 1: Make your donation

Enter your full name, mobile number, postal address and any church referral code. Donate securely through M-Pesa. Review the amount, purpose and terms before confirming.

Step 2: Receive confirmation

After payment is confirmed by the provider, you receive an SMS or email with your unique guardianship identifier and a link to the online record. You can also sign in to the Guardian portal.

Step 3: Receive your certificate

Your physical Certificate of Guardianship is printed and dispatched to the postal address you provide. Delivery typically takes 14–21 days within Kenya and 21–30 days internationally.

Step 4: Verify at any time

Scan the QR code or enter the unique identifier (GOM- format) at /web/verify. The public page confirms the certificate name, issue date and status while keeping private contact and payment information confidential.
