Symbolic Guardianship is a commemorative connection to Gospel heritage at Migdal. It does not constitute legal real estate ownership under Israeli property law, nor is it an investment product or tradeable financial instrument under Kenyan or Israeli law. It is not a sacrament and does not confer salvation or spiritual favour in exchange for money. Guardians of Magdala is operated by Migdal Heritage Kenya Ltd under licence from the issuing religious society. Each Guardianship is assigned a unique identifier (GOM- format) and is permanently recorded in the Guardians of Magdala Registry.
